Massimo Martinelli graduated in Law from the State University of Milan and owns a thirty-year experience in civil and criminal law, family law and sports law. His specialization in sports law is due to his love for cycling as an amateur. He achieved some brilliant results as a cyclist, for example, he has won the Italian Cycling Championship among magistrates, lawyers and notaries three times. Sports has helped him to gain and improve team-working competences, that are so crucial in everyone’s life and job. He has had excellent work experiences as Honorary Magistrate - Deputy Magistrate at the Court of Crema, Member of the Court in criminal trials at the Court of Crema, Board Member of the Bar Council of Crema, Member of the Board of Law Examiners at the Court of Appeal of Brescia, Member of the Governing Council of the Criminal Chamber of East Lombardy, President of the Criminal Chamber of Crema. He is currently running a law firm, coordinating several associates. He is founding partner, Legal Adviser and Sole Administrator of LAM Sports for all services provided.
After having a long and brilliant career as a professional cyclist (1992-2006), Giovanni Lombardi is now one of the most well-known sports agents. At present, he is in the celebrity management and more specifically he is the agent of some of the best world cyclists such as Peter Sagan (twice World Champion), Fernando Gaviria, Rafal Majka, Elia Viviani, Roman Kreutziger, Daniel Oss, Gianni Moscon and many more. He started his career as a sprinter, winning several stages at the Giro d’Italia. He later rode in support of some of the greatest sprinters, such as Erik Zabel and Mario Cipollini, and has also ridden on track. In 1988 and 1992 he took part in the Summer Olympic Games grabbing a gold medal in the latter one. After being a World Champion in 1985 as a professional cyclist, Roberto Amadio is now one of the most successful Team Managers in top ranking cycling. The management of the team business has always been based on a clear corporate governance built on steady ethical principles. From 1992 to 2004 he was the team manager of “Vini Caldirola” Professional Team and later he worked as CEO and Team Manager in the World Tour Team Cannondale (formerly known as LIQUIGAS). In those years, under his leadership, the Team won Giro d’Italia twice, in 2007 and 2010, Vuelta España in 2010, and other prestigious competitions. Enthusiasm, commitment and a strong motivation in dealing with cycling complete his profile. As a founder and partner of LAM Sports, he has become an expert in planning sporting events and in attracting sponsors. He has personally conducted and reached sponsorship agreements with companies such as Bianchi, Cannondale, Doimo, Kenda and other technical sponsors in order to ensure financial solidity to the Team. The great and varied experience that he has gained working in top ranking cycling, has made him an established expert on this sport and on the stakeholders involved.
